WHY DOES HIGH ENERGY CREATE ANXIETY?

Increased solar radiation, particularly from geomagetic storms can trigger anxiety in some individuals due to a combination of biological, psychological, and environmental factors.

Circadian Rhythms: The body's internal clock, or circadian rhythm, is influenced by light and radiation exposure. High solar radiation, especially during midday, can disrupt these rhythms, leading to sleep disturbances. Poor sleep quality is closely linked to increased anxiety levels.

Serotonin Levels: light codes can affect the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that regulates mood. While moderate solar radiation can boost serotonin and improve mood, excessive exposure may lead to overstimulation, which can result in feelings of anxiety or agitation seemingly coming out of nowhere. Each person may experience these factors differently, leading to varying levels of anxiety in response to staggered but increasing upgrades.
