THE VAGINHA STORY GOES WAY BACK and I have seen the footage.  Dr. Roger Leir (now deceased) went there and dealt with the people. He may have seen one of the aliens... I have met Dr. Leir.  He is knownfor removing alien implants from people.  I showed him my "implant" and he didn't want to deal with it. 

Note in the footage I saw the alien appeared healthy and was running around.
