WHY? The Pain and Suffering Of Humans Produces LOOSH For Them. 

As I've Explained Many Times Before LOOSH Is A Chemical Substance That The Human Body Produces and Distributes Into The Blood Stream When A Victim Is Being Brutally Tortured and Fears For Their Life.
