Update On Weather Warfare

From My Understanding Hospital Staff Is Supposed To Pronounce A Person Death Before They Are Taken To The Morgue. Paramedics Are NOT Allowed To Announce A Persons Death Even When They Know The Person Is Showing No Vital Signs. The Hospital MUST Determine f The Person Is Truly Deceased, Especially When They Were In Am Accident.
Also There Are Too Many Different Stories as To Who Located His Body And Who Brought Him Back To Land. Some News Reports Are Saying His Body Drifted Floated Back To Land, Which I Highly Doubt. In My Opinion None of The Stories Make Sense.
