Way Back A License Was NOT Required For Anything Today You Need A License To Wipe Your Ass. Making Grown Adults Apply For A License For Just About Everything That Adults Should Be Free To Do Without A License Is Yet Another Form of CONTROL, MANIPULATION & Straight Up DECEIT. You Don't Need A LICENSE To Do ANYTHING Just Some More BS They Made Up To Rob You Of Your Money & Your Dignity. Important context: Scotland has a devolved government, but it still sits under UK law. That means Westminster can overrule Scotland, even if Scotland votes against it.
